Family of four travelling from Hastings, over for the Peggy McDonald ridding day and native ride finale with te poari hoiho o Aotearoa, have had 3 nights and have been blown away by the level of service and care with details around arriving late and discrete cleaning of the rooms to a high standard.Great central location with plenty of good places to eat nearby.Wouldn’t hesitate to book here again in the future.

Very friendly and easy going service from pre-arrival, right throughout our stay. Good prices. Room was immaculate! Nice, modern appliances and all the basics needed in the kitchenette-we cooled quite a few meals in our room. Lovely shower and the spa bath was amazing! We appreciated how quick, thorough and discreet the cleaners were too. Highly recommend and will definitely stay here again!

Anne was very friendly and accomodating, the room was in immaculate condition and we felt welcomed and very much taken care of. Thank you so much for providing our room at such short notice, we will definitely come back next time we are in Whakatane

Beautiful room, nice and convenient location and super friendly staff. The only stopping this being perfect for me was the comfort of the bed. Mine had a dip on one side, luckily I was by myself and could move to the other side of the mattress which was less worn. Otherwise extremely pleasant. I would stay here again.

Five star, we stayed here for three weeks, loved the location, fabulous apartment, very clean, everything you would need for your stay, The owners Ann & David & Sue are super hosts, so kind & attentive, we loved our stay. We can recommend to all.

Absolutely great place to stay, spacious rooms , comfy bed and Linen , Spa bath options, breakfast delicious , staff were great , plenty to see very close by, shopping centre close ,loads of food options close by. highly recommend.
