DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!Don't make my mistake. Would have given it 0 stars, if I could. They are extremely expensive (NZD$10 handling fee per parcel + NZD$7.50 per 500g – AirFreight, took a month to receive!) - I was charged $141 for delivery for 43×43×19cm box, weight 3kg (7kg volumetric weight) plus $16 of GST they charged on goods (not their service) , total $157 (on an item that cost $107 and was free to post within US) - so their service cost me more than the item that I'm posting and more than what I should have been charged based on their listed rates (package sizes were smaller than what they listed and charged for - they are overcharging you on every item). They’ve opened every package, not sure what they where looking to find. Plus “consolidate and save” – is another lie. Consolidated 3 parcels and they all came separately on different days. Big mistake using them, I would have got cheaper and faster delivery with DHL or any other well recognized international freight forwarder. Overall, YouShop NZ is a Big Rip Off

terrible. Unknown to me my order arrived in 2 parts to the usa warehouse. I paid the gst and $150 shipping and they shipped 1 box only. They never said that there was a second box until I phoned up. They then wanted gst & $250 shipping for the second box. They would not ship until I paid it.This service is a complete rip off and I will not use ever again.

I never bother to leave reviews for things. But do not bother with youshop. It's an expensive waste of time, especially with the new tax that has been introduced. I've bought 3 vinyl records where shipping was ... expensive to new zealand, but local shipping was cheap / free within the US, all three of these records have been in regular record mailers and similar prices, and yet I have been charged 3 different amounts for shipping, and now there is a 15% tax on anything bought outside of the country, my shipping ended up being more expensive than just paying for the product and shipping from the US. On average it's probably twice as long to wait for shipping as well from Youshop. Don't waste your time and money

Do not use YouShop! Worst customer service ever, they lost my item in the US and refused to refund me based on a terrible Terms and Conditions clause". By the time they eventually got back to me it was 2-months later. Unethical

Disappointing service and very overpriced. Seek other options if you can first. Also keep in mind there is a lot of items you post will not ship (in my case, one little pottle of nail polish). Best to check if they will ship your item first, otherwise it’ll get sent to youshop and they’ll dispose of it if you can’t redirect it to somewhere else.

I would give zero stars if I could. NZ Post should be ashamed and embarassed by this division of their company. You Shop in the USA have lost my parcel within their warehouse, as I have proof of delivery to prove it was delivered there. They however want me to contact the seller to query where the parcel is and to track it. They cannot understand that I have sent the tracking info to them 3 times showing that it was delivered and that THEY have lost my parcel after it was delivered to You Shop.The seller is not at fault here. Seriously, do not waste your time, energy and money on this corrupt so called service"."

Okay I run a clothing reselling business and deal with asa whole heap of different shipping companies so i have a fair bit of experience with normal shipping costs and I have to say youshop has become a money grab! Two years ago when I used them it was cheap fast and had 0 problems! Now it's overpriced (it's cheaper to get people to send it straight to nz now) and the speed is beyond a joke! All my tracking numbers were reading delivered for over a week before they popped up in my youshop. Now customer service response time is so bad! I emailed asking if they can re package everything into the smallest box possible to save shipping costs and have heard nothing back.. you guys have become a money scam! No need for you to be taxing massively and adding extra fees, your job is to make it easier for NZ customers to buy from overseas with ease! Not Rob their bank accounts by paying triple the price of what the items were worth

Wasn't to bad compared to the other reviews, it did take a few days in the UK depo but wouldn't surprise me for covid reasons, package did arrive earlier compared to the shipping est calculator,very useful if a company can't ship to NZ

I used YouShop in the past to ship items from the US. It was good service and price, but not anymore! Turns out that the cost to ship items is so expensive that the vendors shipping options are way better in comparison.I thought about returning item and repurchasing it & having it shipped but it costs half of the 3-4 times the cost of the YouShop delivery (airfreight only).I will not use again! Looks like I'll just have to pay. Its a shame they don't have an upfront calculator so you can check costs first before deciding whether to use YouShop
