I had a facial and was really looking to a relaxing experience. It was mediocre at best. unconfident hands with a very light touch. It was noisy, sounded like the dishes were being done in the background. Makeup wipes rinsed and reused so my face did not feel clean. Don't think I would recommend

Excellent service. Enjoyed a 30 min sauna followed by a 50 min full body relaxing massage. Lovely treat to give yourself if in Hanmer Springs

My massage therapist was lovely, how ever I was there to relax and she kept talking to me during treatment which was off putting. She run the tap on full during treatment to make hot towels. It wasn’t a terrible treatment but it wasn’t worth $185. Good if you want a massage like you would at a chiropractor etc but not really day spa environment more salon. I was really disappointed coming out

Very professional and relaxing place to get a massage.It wasn't the cheapest massage out there, but the room, decor, and ambiance reflected the price.One thing is recommended looking into is that they asked for credit card details to secure the booking, which is fine, but they asked for them via email, including ccv and date, which doesn't feel very secure to me. We ended up giving them over the phone.We went two days in a row, and had a great relaxing time, followed by a dip in the hot pools.

Wonderful! Everything was so lovely. The staff were extremely friendly. Which makes a huge difference. They keep you hydrated with a tonne of yummy teas or lemon water to choose from. My massage had the perfect pressure (thank you Charlotte) and the facial gave me noticeable results! Being a new mum is stressful, but today has totally refreshed me. Cheers!

Awesome hot springs with multiple pools to choose from. They have a large kids area with a few water rides and separate adults only pools/private spas. Stunning mountain backdrops with something for everyone. A must do in Hamner Springs

What an experience this place is. Great couples massage in a clean place with professionals followed by a sauna at the end! Would definitely be back for some more. I will recommend that you book in advance as it is always booked out.

Disappointing facial - booked as a gift for my daughter. It was expensive and very short for the price, half an hour compared to other facials for the same price which are about an hour.
