Usually very nice staff, there's this one gentleman that was extremely rude to myself and my peers upon asking him basic questions a while back. Very short tempered and impatient unfortunately. If you're having a bad day, do not target your customers, they are the ones that make or break your company.Besides that, every time I go the other staff are very patient and helpful. The toilets are usually clean, the gas station is in a very convinent spot. Thank you (:

Worst unfriendly “No service” petrol station I have been to. A visit two weeks ago resulted in absolutely no one serving at the counter where you pay for petrol. One person making coffee and the other talking to a truck driver. We stood there and after another customer saying “excuse me mate people are in a hurry” guy says “won’t be long” and continues talking. Took ten minutes to get my petrol. Even worse two days ago when went in. Quiet Sunday evening and a person serving that had no idea how to use the register when someone paid in cash. An unfriendly unhappy person then appeared and helped her. No one said “apologies for the wait or even hello” Worst service I have come across at any service station

The cashier in front doesn't say a word when you order coffee. Very awkward, like she's doing you a favour. Very bad for customer service, one of the unfriendliest cashiers I have come across at a BP.I'll think twice before I visit again.1 STAR rating for sure.

Nice place has a good cafe food too, amazing fuel discounts if you are an AA member and convenience to fill the fuel on the pump if you have the bpme app.

Small petrol station located near Victoria park on Fanshaw St. They have 5 petrol Bowser's & can be a bit of a tight squeeze when busy. One of only a handful of servos located within the CBD and petrol prices reflect that.
