They caused incident at my place, but have been avoiding their responsibility. Someone, who purchased my car, organised pick-up, and used them.They parked their truck on the sloped driveway, and started droppoing the carrier. The driver Mike did not put tyre stop, the whole truck moved backward, and hit the car to pick up. They damaged the car, a motorcycle, fence asphalt and tree. I was very closed to death, but fortunately ended with minor. injury on right hand.When he caused this trouble, Mike said his boss Abdul would sort out with company insurance. He said his boss was away for something religious activities, so I had to wait until Monday.On the following Monday, I called Abdul but Mike did not report, and he promised to sort out.However they did nothing. Mike denied what he caused.To be honest, they are liars. The address on web site is fake. Once you got trouble, you will not expect the problem sorted nicely.There are plenty reliable people out there. Why you have to use A2Z?I have reported the incident to police and Worksafe.

The most painless, professional towing service I have ever used. Dealt with Abdul over the phone and the information exchange was easy. You can tell he is very proud of his business and the great image it has is well deserved. Extremely punctual and highly competitive rates, Abdul was very clear with what the charges were for and went - above and beyond. The driver fulfilled the service and was fantastic. He backed the truck down our long driveway on a main road with no issues and planted the car perfectly, what more could I want?

Operator communicated timely through text and it was easy to arrange the service. Abdul was hard to understand on the phone and his manner was quite abrupt and not particularly respectful. Nothing wrong with the service but prob won't use again because of the interactions.
