PUPUKE MANOR MOTEL
stay at your own risk. Room was dirty, smelt of stale cigarets. including the pillows and mattress. cleaner doesn't clean or speak English. water was leaking from upstairs, went to move the bed and it fell apart. buzzed manager who said he will b there in 2 min. 3.5 hrs and 3 more intercom buzzes later. Plenty of drug ushers, certainly not peaceful. nothing but noise day in day out.

These guys canceled our accommodation within 3 hours of check in because current guests would not leave due to covid. No offer to help find alternate accommodation. Just tough luck. Do not trust these people. They left my partner, 3 yo daughter and elderly friend out on the street.

I booked a room late Thursday for the following day Friday 7th November 2018. Was no problem. Room was spotless and staff were more than helpful. Would definitely recommend this motel.

Quite nice motels with really clean and quite rooms. Daily room service and a really nice owner. Rooms have complimentary toiletries like combs, and toothbrushes. This is also really convenietly placed as there is a grocery store across the road and some really nice restaurant in a 3km radius. I highly recommend coming here. Keep it up!

This motel is not child friendly ,or safe for my children , theres alot of argues figths , and police presents is very high due to alot of drug use there shady people and rooms getting broken into, i would NOT" recommand this hotel for emergency housing IF U HAVE YOUNG CHILDREN ..."

Photos must of been taken a while ago as rooms are a lot older than pictured. Nice big comfortable bed & bathroom is nice. Curtains aren’t great at keeping the light out. They’re quiet old.

Pictures are old. Not good for families with children. I've seen people do drugs, swearing at one another across the complex, fighting, alot of police, other people stealing from motels, room was absolutely dirty, cleaner couldn't speak english and had to use Google translate. Then find out this motel is collecting over $1100 p/w from winz clients for emergency housing! Not worth it and it's wasting our government resources!!
