I don’t really mind going to the dentist but the lady’s on reception make me absolutely hate going there, once I finish what I need to have done I’m definitely changing dentist for sure

Don't give money to these dentists please!It's not these owners anymore. Didn't see one face of the dentists you would expect if you look at the website. I had a big emergency turned out I needed a root canal treatment- first the receptionists are a disaster, thanks for not smiling and showing the customers disrespect , second my indian dentist was super impatient and rude to his assistant- and wow two months after my treatment i get heavy pain again and turns out i have to do it again because they hurried it and didn't clean it properly.Very angry and disappointed.

I HAVE ONLY BEEN TO THIS DENTIST ONCE, BUT FOUND THEM VERY GOOD.THE YONG LADY DENTIST WAS VERY EFFICIENTNO PAIN, EXCELLENT JOB, I WILL DEFINITELY BE GOING TO MAKE THIS MY DENTIST FROM NOW ON, I RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS TO ANYONEWANTING A GOOD DENTIST IN MASTERTON.IT WAS RECOMMENDED TO ME BY A LADY WHO GOES THERE.STAFF POLITE, GOOD PARKING, PRICING VERY GOOD, IF NEED A DENTIST DO TRY THIS ONE.LOUISE.

If a new" receptionist doesn't quite understand Reciprocal Communicative Courtesy and thinks it's normal to speak over a Consumer? Due to her judgements and impatience then maybe being "new" has nothing to do with that flaw. And if a Consumer points it out

I went here in an emergency because all other places were booked. Initial experience was average and I was pressured into getting work done which was apparently not necessary as they were unsure if that really was the problem. I walked away after a filling with the entire right side of my face numb for hours and my pain became significantly worse over the next two weeks. I was very upset and the staff refused to refund me and stated my real problem was something else which was not indicated to me at appointment. I would not recommend.
