Excellent service from the ladies in store today, especially Vandana, going above and beyond to accommodate my needs for specs and contacts, as the Queen street store was closed. Much appreciated.

I recently visited Specsavers Optometrists - Sylvia Park Mall branch and had an exceptional experience.From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by friendly and knowledgeable staff named Ayensha who made me feel very welcomed. The shop itself was clean, well-organized, and had a wide variety of eyewear options to choose from.The optometrist, me and family consulted with was professional and thorough during the eye examination. They took the time to explain the results and answered all of my questions patiently. The level of expertise and attention to detail was truly impressive.I will definitely be returning for my future eye care needs. Thank you

Don’t go here, Hop across the bridge five minutes to see the lovely and professional, Ray (lady) at Pakuranga Specsavers. Went to have nose pads replaced since one had dropped off. Gent said no problem, have a seat. Great I thought, I’ll get the ones I’m wearing replaced too since yellowed and I want to look my best for my job interview tomorrow. Gent responded with you will have to pay. No way! Both pairs were purchased from this store at a discounted price of $1400 odd. Can’t remember the date as well as the price but maybe three years ago. BUT THESE COME WITH A COST FREE MAINTENANCE FOR THE LIFE IF THE SPECTACLES YOU PLONKER. I know what store I’m shopping at next dude.

Specsavers was providing a very good discount when you were buying 2 pairs of glasses. The staff was very helpful and helped me to select the best frames and good lens. I had absolutely no issues with the Optometrist and staff, as they were so helpful and spent enough time for me for checkup and select lens.A great team to buy your next glasses.Highly recommended!

Awesome store good people but one in particular I wasn't really happy with was the lady who dealt with my son's choosing of frame glasses. My son felt pressured instead of feeling freely to choose what he likes. Please make sure your team don't pressure customers to choose let them choose freely. That's the reason why people would not want to visit your store again, its due to what my son experienced not only did he felt pressured when choosing the frames for his glasses he received the wrong glasses instead of what he chose he received 2 pairs of the same type instead of what my son specifically chose on the day he walked in for an eye test!

Rusmin was very attentive to help me with selection of frames and direct me to Kevin Natali. Both of them contributed to my decision to purchase two frames with progressive lenses. Great service!

I went in for my appointment today. No greeting nor eye contact from the sales assistant. Seems like she was having a bad day and was moody. If you’re not happy with your job then you should quit darling . Optometrist was lovely and happy to be at serving clients.

the optometrist is very good and quite pleasant. I wasn’t offered any special if there were any only told the price. After my purchase i have seen advertising which included some specials which i had not been informed of. Lastly the wait is very long for the glasses to be made i was told between 2 to 3 weeks. A very long wait considering i spent over $1000 on 1 pair of glasses
