If there were minus stars on this company and their integrity and care they would get it. Anyone that has this provider approved to care for their loved one..please tread carefully and question and hopefully avoid.Absolutlely no integrity..provide instilled staff, vindictive if you question them..absolutely appalling communication and responsibility for their short comings which is massive..avoid them at any cost.They

The values on the website are the complete opposite to what they deliver. I found them to be uncaring, confrontational and did not deliver on they healthcare they signed up to. My son required 24/7 care and when I made a complaint that they weren't delivering what was expected, they told me that I would need to take over 66.5 hours myself, they gave me 1 business day notice. Whenever I made a complaint about the lack of service and care it was met with a brick wall and vindictiveness. I raised many concerns over the past years, all were ignored. In 2 years I went through many different management contacts, all moved on. The message from the top was always the same, speak out and you will be punished. When the company and I parted ways, they removed my son's care book which had his daily routine including cares, medications etc all about my son. I needed that book to give to the new care provider. When I asked for a copy I was met with we can charge you for this information" attitude and then they took the maximum period of time under the privacy act to give me the information. This is one of the many examples of if you challenge them they will get nasty. The actual carers looking after my son were lovely

Our experience of this Company/Management is nothing short of disgraceful to the industry, I would ask any one looking to take these guys on please do your home work on them first. I would have to say that the workers make the company certainly not the management which is sad to say!!!
