Mistakes, slowness and poor abilities in communication. The people in the Onehunga office where good but the two Pukekohe staff I dealt with where poor. They failed to give basic advice, were confusing in their written communication, failed to answer straightforward questions and took way too long to do basic tasks.

Not so much the place credit goes to whom it's due. Jane, Josie and Monika 5* team Jane I highly recommend cheers.

Very defensive about there billing habits because they have a lot to hide. Just charged me a fortune for advice I could have got of the internet.

Excellent lawyer and an amazing interaction. They are really very attentive , quick with the work and punctual. Helped us with our papers even amidst the cyclone stuff going on with spot on appointment time. Thanks guys for helping us! Cheers!

I came here because of the stunning Google reviews and was sorely disappointed. I wanted to get an understanding on how much a fairly simple legal job would cost - essentially a rough quote. They were unable to give a ballpark figure and asked me to come in to give me a quote. I was surprised but did so and I still didn't have a clearer idea. I was then sent an invoice for more than $400 for 15 minutes and no idea how much the actual work would cost, let alone provided with any legal advice. I've worked with many lawyers before and I've never come across such unprofessionalism. Our simple legal job was done quickly and thoroughly with another firm and might I say, a lot less expensive!They will take you for a ride. You'll get quality work for cheaper elsewhere. I don't recommend.
