Happy with the goods. Bought and swapped with a quick dispatch.Disappointed that I paid for freight x2 . I paid (dispatch & return)Then on the refund they deducted freight from original price!I purchased a more expensive item as agreed to exchange the goods and I paid for that postage too! Over $200 was spent on a Klymit Lux mat.Total of $26 in postage and they took $8.90 off my refund.I tried to resolve this and wanted to purchase another product but I felt that customer service is not a priority at this business. So I won’t be buying from this place again.It’s in the t&c’s so buyers beware.Could’ve solved the issue by not taking 8.90 off my refund taking into condensation I was buying a more expensive item!!!!!
