After using several other software suites and wanting to transition the business to a paperless and compliant business model which is user friendly we meet with think safe.After requesting a demo the Think safe support team provided a comprehensive needs assessment to ensure this was a viable system and meet the business requirements followed by a training session and we were away.Overall the team were easy to deal with, practical and transparent with quick turn around times.8 months on we have transitioned staff with no IT experience (flip phones) and they have embraced the technology.we are looking forward to the next business transition with quality documents, QR scanners and a full paperless HS system.

ThinkSafe has simplified the health and safety for Base Construction. From the start the team at ThinkSafe were very helpful and open to changes I wanted to make to suit our team. They customised the paper copies we already had and made suggestions of what could work for us. The app is easy to navigate and health and safety has become a lot more streamlined. We also use the app to check the progress and inspections of the work being done. There is no more going to site to follow up folders, I receive all forms filled instantly and can follow anything up if needed. The team are all enjoying having all documentation digital and it has streamlined the process for both the team and management. We would recommend it to any business.
