Descent selection of goods, however the customer service was pretty poor. The lady at the counter was pretty rude and left a sour taste in my mouth. So I went out of my way on my next shop not to go to this store and gave my business elsewhere.

Disgusting treatment of staff, verbally abusive. Makes their staff work 13 hour days and when they don't want to calls them childish. Lack of music is unattractive to customers. Condescending managers that shouldn't be in charge of staff.

Was rejected before 6pm. Literally questioned or interrogated. Confirmed I had been at a local for two pints, then was denied. The manager continued to heckle us outside the store. Will never be back and will tell all of my friends never to go,Sincerely a local

Walked in with a massive McDonald's order which I was already struggling to carry, with the intent to buy a bottle of wine as well and somehow carry the lot of it up the hill. Thank god, the lovely woman behind the counter took pity on me and offered a box big enough to carry it all. Magnificent service, my new favourite store.

Spent more than $250 at this store today and similar to other reviews found the customer service abysmal ( the woman behind the counter ). What was even more off putting was a packet of chocolates we bought that had already been opened. The store is well stocked and inviting but the negative vibe is not worth a second visit . We suggest you go elsewhere.

Henrys is defo the best bottlo in QT, they are the cheapest and you also can get fly buys which is a bonus! The staff are always super friendly and helpful, especially the English chick, she always goes above and beyond, recommends some great wine, and points out the good deals if I’ve missed them. She’s full of awesome banter too which is really refreshing, fun, and quite homely to me being a fellow “Geeza” haha! I wouldn’t go anywhere else in town for the weekly shop! Thanks everyone for all your hard work!

Staff was very weird and aggressive. I’m 65 and tried to buy a bottle of wine for my wife and kids, they refused service because they said I was too drunk (I’ve had a broken knee for 8 months and it makes me walk weird ). So disrespectful. Go somewhere else if u want to buy some alcohol

Disgusted with the service. Got served by an older man who kicked me out after I told him I had a medical mask exemption... more mad at the way i was treated rather than the fact i was kicked out.

Not sure why there are so many negative reviews. We had a great experience here! The guy behind the register was very helpful suggesting a great NZ pinot noir in my price range. . His coworker made a wonderful Ukrainian vodka suggestion. Their prices were much better than the other stores in town. I’ve been told that this is the locals shop. I definitely would recommend !
