Over an hour wait for a simple blood test. Will not be coming again

Thank you for the great work that you do! This being Level 4 lockdown, I was apprehensive and unsure how LabTests operate in these times. I came by this afternoon, there were a handful of other patrons but the moment I entered I got seen to straight away. What a surprisingly pleasant and stressless experience!

Worst experience at labtests EVER. First I came in and they had a handwritten sign up saying 2 staff today sorry for delay". Thankfully there was only one person waiting in front of me but when I left there was a huge que of about 12 people. Secondly I had to do a urine test and the only bathroom they had didn't have a working lock. I had three people attempt to come into the bathroom while I was in there. It was utterly appalling! Finally the little box where I had to put my urine sample wasn't even in a secure location

I was asked to go here to get some blood for my GP, it was okay. The staff seemed a bit stressed as the surge of patients piled up with crying kids and some people just being hysterical. Parking is a pain, especially with only around 6 or so spots. The facilities seem clean as expected, and the staff seem to do their job as fast as possible, also letting you know when they will penetrate your outer skin. You'll have to eventually come here sometime anyways, so pop in and get your blood extracted and leave easy as that.

I have had no issues with the services and have used them a few times before. Sometimes they are quite busy and I have found some staff are friendly and others not so. However, the actual blood collecting has been very good and they do conduct themselves professionally.Public can be unforgiving at times for a thankless and stressful job at peak times it would pay for people to plan for best times to visit. Early weekends is a good time, after that forget it!!!

Came for a skin sensitivity test, and was overall a good experience. Wasn't very busy at 9am so was seen quickly. Staff member was polite and friendly :) . I didn't see the car parks when I pulled in but there was plenty on-street parking available. The building is a bit tired.

My second negative experience at Labtest Milford. He first one was they locked the door and put closed sign up despite being 30min before closing. When I phoned head office they contacted this branch who said they were taking a break as it was so busy (no one inside). They had to open up for me, got the blood test but nurse was very rough and left bruising for several days . Obviously annoyed.And second experience was Turing up at 4.01 being told clinic now closed at 4 due to Covid. I left work early to be there. So frustrated. This clinic is not interested in serving the lab test needs of the local community.

Waitred 45 minutes for a blood test did not get it as I had to leave as had to get to work. I had arrived early to get this blood test. I could hear staff talking about there weekend all good when you are not busy but you had a waiting room full of patients not good customer service

Clear difference in customer service - staff seems mostly from Phillipines or China but they treat and greet white customers completely different than non-white customers. Was asking white guy how was your day Sir :) and was talking rudely to non-white customers to get rid of them quickly. I think staff mindset or perception of life needs to be free so they can treat all customers fairly with same dedication. Thanks
