Very disappointed. Spoke to the owner yesterday. He told me he’d’ be open at 10am, weather dependent. It’s a beautiful sunny day it’s 11am and closed, Sunday 17 July.Just called the freephone number and I’m informed they will open again on 5 September 2022!

Avoid ! Very Disorganized and overpriced . Plenty of better options . We waited 25 minutes for our prepaid tour and finally left on our own … as owner was too busy with others. Bike handlebars were broken , NO apologies this FISH STINKS. Avoid

Went bike riding with my mum and my little sister and baby in one of their trailers. The guy who served us was incredibly rude to us which we ignored however we couldn’t ignore how rude he was to us when my mum complained to him about the bike he gave her. Her bike chain kept stuffing up on the bike and it sounded like metal was grinding on it. It wasn’t enjoyable for her to ride. When she brought the issue up to him, he made it sound like it was her fault and completely disregarded what she was saying to him. He wouldn’t even test drive the bike to confirm what we were talking about. I wouldn’t recommend going here as we believe it was a race issue for why he was so rude to us.

Booked 2 1/2 months in advance for the day (noting their closing hours are 5pm) to ride the wineries. Turned up on the day to be told they were closing at 1pm because it was someones birthday!!??. No contact from them, very disappointed, itinerary ruined. Not what I understand to be Napier style. Book at napier city bike hire across from isite

Weather was inclement and the shop was closed, but nonetheless staff at Fishbike met me at the shop to supply the bike I had reserved. Wade is very personable and enthusiastic about cycling and the Napier area. He provided a thorough overview of the various cycling routes; with details about locations which were scenic and interesting. I enjoyed riding a good quality, sturdy bike in excellent condition.

Rent a bike with a child seat. The bike was not in a good condition - one set of gears didn’t work, the other set of gears kept slipping. Option to pay for the hours (rather than rent for the whole day) on return of the bike - however the way they recorded the time seemed to be longer than how long we actually had the bike. Would not recommend.

Don’t go this place! Had a worst experience with this Fish bike in Napier! He was SO disorganized and unprepared!! First time writing bad a review.1. We prepaid guided bike tour, but end up with self tour since We had to back to our cruise ship on time. After waiting long time and saw him running around for walk-in customers.2. we had to turn backed to have him fix the broken handlebar of the bike he rent to us. I have video to show the broken handlebar which couldn’t be uploaded.3. The bike seat had black marks, totally ruined my white pants!4. With all our problems he never once said sorry for the problems and the delays nor thank us for letting him stay at the shop . It was abundantly clear he was SO disorganized and unprepared for his customers that we never would have left the shop . All this could have been avoided if he prepared ahead of time for those customers that prepaid for a tour rather he chose to ignore us for almost 25 minutes
