Aramex Nelson

Offshore customer care only, no contact with Nelson depot or driver available. Waited 15 days with no answers, luckily Briscoes offered a refund.

Absolute worst company! Booked a parcel to be delivered to Auckland, pickup on the 6th. 1 week later on the 12th they finally decide to pickup after numerous calls. Even when I told them it was supposed to be picked up the previous week they say oh yeah ill tell them to pickup asap"

THIS IS ACTUALLY A NEGATIVE STAR, AND IF POSSIBLE I WOULD GIVE THIS COMPANY" A NEGATIVE 5 STAR!!!They were days late collecting a parcel for delivery

Caveat emptor Bloody terrible service. Overnight took 4 days, package was signed for by driver and delivered to totally different address. First two calls were met with substandard service and terrible advice. Claiming another eight days before it could be sorted. The following day I called again and was met with the same terrible advice and then I began to get angry. If the package was not delivered that day, it would be reported stolen. The package arrived later that day, delivered by the business that had received it as my address was the one on the package.

Absolutely hopeless. 7 days later they couldn't find my package. I had to drive into their local depot pick up my own package that they didnt even know was there !!!

If you are rural ,you will never get your package. You can call for info on the help line but that is a call center in India. Avoid at all costs

The worst couriers in NZ. I've never had a delivery thats gone right first time. Nine times out of ten I end up having to collect it from the depot. I honestly don't know how this business survives with the poor service it delivers. Latest delivery says it was on board with courier at 7.00am.... its now 4.11pm and still nothing. Pathetic.

If you're a retailer DO NOT USE ARAMEX they're awful, As a customer I can confidently tell you I've never had a worse experience. I actively avoid shopping online with retailer's who use them, im actually little impressed at how consistently terrible they are. also tell ya posties to deliver to customers DOORS not their mailboxes >:( just encouraging thefts!!!!!!

I have used them partially for years but absolutely avoid them during December, January and public holiday periods as their system doesn't cope with the extra load. Parcels can sometimes be delayed by up to an extra week or lost :( Customer service used to be really good a few years ago but now is handled by people with strong accents (Indian/ Filipino) who usually talk too fast as well, so I have to get them to repeat all the time, very frustrating. Also it seems like they can only answer the most common queries (language barrier?), anything else they just repeat answers which are totally unrelated to your query, also using in-house terminology which you have to ask them to define. Communication skills have been a huge source of frustration.

No disrespect to call centre staff but not sure if they are even in the local depot? Driver has had my parcel on board for 2 days - delivery address is a 12 minute drive from Depot to me. Will be avoiding Aramex and making sure none of my suppliers send anything with them. Update, now 4 working days the courier has had my freight in the van and still not delivered. Lodging enquiry on website complete waste of time.
