Delish chips and hot dog the oysters were nice as it was a first time for bluff oysters I think the North Island oysters have better flavour.

Visiting at Xmas /New Year holiday week. Pleased to find it open. Lots of variety of frozen fish and seafood. Needs more fresh fish, mussels and crays. Understandable due to holidays.

Absolutely awful. Soggy, supposedly blue cod but didn’t taste like it. Zero redeeming features for the meal.

The blue cod meal is the tastiest, best value feed in Invercargill in my opinion. If you don't try it when you visit you're cheating yourself.

King's Fish Market
We are on holiday from Australia and we’re told about this fish shop. We tried whitebait fritters as they were something special. We also tried cold smoked blue cod fillets, lemon fish fillets and monkfish fillets. They were all tasty and didn’t disappoint. The young man serving Blake was polite and helpful. Would we recommend visiting this market while on holiday? Definitely. All were cooked to perfection. 10/10. Well done.
