My partner and I were in a lockdown round two triggered Uber Eats rut and wanted to snap ourselves out of it. We didn't have reliable sources of practical nutritional information so reached out to Nicole. After an initial session to understand our goals she provided us with personalized guidance and meal ideas. Her approach and programs are attainable and focused on nutrition rather than just cutting back. We surprisingly didn't need to reduce our overall intake, just improve it. Nicole was super flexible on session timing and didn't push for more sessions than we needed. We had a fantastic experience. Feeling fit and healthy. Would highly recommend!
