My bumper came loose whilst I was reversing and I called rj dons and they picked up mycall first time. They explained to me very clearly what to do and I came in later that day and I was seen very quick by Robert McCoskery who I was on the phone with. He came to see my car straight away and put it back in free of charge. Very pleased with the service and will definitely be coming back if I have another issue with my car. Very professional and friendly team, I recommend this company to everyone.

I honestly can't recommend RJ Don enough.I recently bought an old Land Cruiser which needed some work to restore. I had multiple people recommend R J Don to me, which was awesome so I went down to see Rob and put together a quote.Rob took his time looking over every detail of the car and built a really thorough quote for me and advised me on various other things I had not considered.I moved forwards with the quote and they got the work underway very soon afterwards. The experience when they had the car was also brilliant - Rob was messaging me with updates, calling me with questions to make sure it was exactly how I wanted, and then got me to pop into the shop to sign off that I was happy with the colour that they had mixed. They'd managed to retrieve and recreate the exact original colour. From there Rob kept me posted with pictures.All of the above is enough to warrant an exceptional review... but the first time I saw the car once Rob called me in to collect it I was blown away. My expectations were high, but wow did they go above and beyond and blow my expectations out the water.I am ecstatic about the result on the car and could not recommend them enough. The work on the car itself is A+++ but also the service provided by Rob and team is next level.I think something that really makes these guys stand out is the passion they have for their work. You can tell that they put their heart into every job they do, you can see that they are equally excited about how the car is looking, you can tell that they want to leave customers smiling.Whilst I hope I don't ever need to go back to get any touch ups any time soon, if I do there is no place else I would go.Thanks again team - such a great job. Had some scratches at the back of my car because I parked too close to the garage door. Rob did magic and those scratches disappeared in a minute! So impressed! Thank you so much Rob!And they do it again after 9 months!! Today I went to the shop again after getting some scratch inside a tiny carpark and they helped me to get rid of it for free! Walked in with zero prior arrangement and had my door alignment fixed on the spot free of charge - you can't get any better than that. I'll definitely be going back for any future panel and paint work on my cars. Special thank you to Robert!

Recently I somehow managed to back my vehicle into a high kerb, & pull off part of my rear bumper. I pulled into R J Don to see what could be done & was so grateful that it was looked at immediately, and fixed on the spot. Lovely, friendly, helpful people, who eased what could have been a stressful situation. Thank you!

All round very good experience, took my car in for a free quote. Shortly after they were ready to start all the repairs, RJ did the job quickly and to a high standard. Couldn’t even tell there had been a repair. RJ also washed and vacuumed the car, almost looked better then when I brought it. Even finished the job a few days before expected so was ready for the weekend.In the end I was very happy with the work standard & the speed they had done the job.10/10 would recommend

Thanks team for always making my car look like new! I crashed my car not once but 2x last year and they fixed her up super speedy and gave me a small runaround to use in the meantime :)Appreciate the help on both occasions!! The staff here are amazing! This morning I brought my car in after being to Smith & Smith for a glass replacement. Smith & Smith couldn’t install my glass because the boot had been damaged and the wiper in the glass didn’t line up to the hole. I was prepared to pay for them to fix the boot but to my surprise they did the fix free of charge as it was just a quick job. I couldn’t believe how honest and helpful they were. I will be taking my car back to them in the future.

Very happy with their service! Will use them again and highly recommend to others.I recently had my Toyota ALLEX repaired and they were very friendly and professional! I used them for the first time randomly but the whole process was smooth. They gave me a courtesy car which works with my baby’s carseat and no hassle. The work they did looks excellent and they even cleaned the car which was nice. A big thanks to the wonderful team:)
