Terrible clean - actually by the look and smell of my apartment afterwards it hadn’t even been cleaned. $400 for a deep clean oven and fridge. Fridge was not cleaned - oven was not clean. Walls not done (apparently extra), ceiling not done (apparently extra) so I have no idea what I paid $400 for?! A wipe done of the bench maybe?!?!I cleaned the floors the next day as they looked dirty still and the bucket of water was brown … obviously hadn’t been touched. I had cobwebs in the corner of the bedroom and long black hair all around the apartment. Extremely disappointed. Will definitely not recommend Premium clean to anyone. I’m fact I will be telling people to avoid at all cost!! Do not use!!

I strongly advise against hiring cleaners from Premium Clean based on my negative experience. I had hired them for end of tenancy cleaning, but the person they sent had no cleaning equipment and lacked sufficient experience to perform the task.In my case, I had paid a significant sum of $260 for a full house cleaning service, only to receive substandard service from Premium Clean. Despite requesting a refund, I was informed that they could only offer $30 in return, which was a small fraction of the amount I had paid. Given these circumstances, I strongly caution against engaging their services and recommend considering other cleaning providers to avoid wasting your money and time.

I was very impressed by the level of communication I had throughout the clean and how quickly the work was done after my initial enquiry.On the daymy cleaner informed me when she had arrived at the property and we discussed the clean before she left the property.On this occasion I had a large oven and fridge that required cleaning.The work to be done was a tough clean and I am happy with the results.I will use this service again in the future.

Worst cleaning experience I had!Asked for a moving out service with additional fee for balcony and oven.Cleaning was barely done and spots were missed and it was highly visible.I had to clean it myself after to make sure I had my full bond back!!Follow up with management was terrible and compensation was the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard.Don't book with them, do it yourself it will cost you less money, stress and mental health!

We booked a $400 deep clean service (with multiple add ons) as a gift for one of our best friends who is going through a really rough time with an unwell child.I originally booked the clean for 9am, however the day before the clean the start time got changed by Premium Clean to 3pm due to an unwell staff member. 2 hours later it got changed again to 2pm. Due to these changes made by Premium Clean our friends Mother had to complete the final walk through as our friend needed to be at a hospital appointment with her son.As soon as our friend got home from the hospital appointment she saw that her fridge had been visibly damaged from it being wiped (see photo). She then immediately text the cleaner to let them know and ask for it to be rectified.It looks like the cleaner has used either an abrasive product OR a previously used cloth (potentially from when cleaning the oven - an add on we paid for).I then contacted premium clean head office to let them know about the damage. After multiple emails and phone calls the final stance from Premium Clean is you need to have recent proof of the fridge prior to the clean OR do you have CCTV footage from the kitchen?".A very long story short they will not take responsibility and asked me to contact their insurance company to make a claim for them which I knew was not the correct process however to appease Premium Clean I followed their instructions. After personally speaking to Premium Cleans insurance company to confirm that this was the incorrect process

We paid$450, but service we got 3rd class. When I call them again and spoken to Staff name Princess she said we our staff come to clean house and they take 3 to 4 hours for cleaning. When I told her that today we got cleaning from your company and you sent some 2 contractors to do cleaning and they spent 1and half hour and didn't even done basic cleaning. Even those people don't know what deep cleaning included, than she said sorry we don't know anything you can email us your quarries as we and some one get back to you. It's been more than 1 month no reply, even I have sent photos but no reply. This people are bunch of cheaters. Never use them.

The cleaner who was booked hurt herself and I said Monday would be OK to do the job but Premium Clean went out of their way to get someone there on the Friday. The job was done very well and it was lovely to have a sparkling house for the weekend. Will definitely use their service again.

At short notice we needed to host a large family gathering following a funeral. Being able to book online and have a fantastic team arrive two days later to clean the house thoroughly was such a huge help in a very stressful time. I highly recommend the using Premium Clean, we will definitely be using their services again in the future.

We rang around and got quotes for cleaning the kitchen, 2 bathrooms and the oven for an end of tenancy in a 3 bedroom house in Christchurch. Chose Premium Cleaning off the back of this. They rocked up 2.5 hours late with no apology or nothing. Then 30 minutes into the clean I got a call saying they needed an extra $200 to complete the clean AS it was a 3 bedroom house not a 1 bedroom house. They never were and were never asked to do anything with the bedrooms. We refused to pay the extra as they had quoted originally for doing the kitchen and bathrooms in a 3 bedroom house. So they pulled the cleaner out. Would never use them again as unethical and terrible communication

Premium clean customer care team is so unprofessional and rude , they have no idea on booking details on existing customer for 1.5 year , all this time they thinking its an office , when it is actually a house . In their email confirmation , it is mentioned house , still these guys make fake stories to cover their issues. Clearly ripping off customers , charging insane prices and price increase every time with no solid explanation. So happy to get rid of them , its enough . Wouldn't want any one to use them honestly. Had to choose 1 star , they don't even deserve this.
