The customer service today from the two girls working was outstanding, very helpful and weren't pushy, they went above and beyond to help us, hope they get recognized for their efforts.

I recently went into Silvermoon and was served by a woman called Nilufa. Although I didn't buy anything that day as I couldn't make up my mind I was impressed with how I was treated. Nilufa made me feel like a valued customer and I definitely will be back when I'm ready to make a purchase.

Wow the customer service is disgraceful. Imagine asking to see a watch, been shown the price and the asked if you still want to try the watch on. Most definately recommend one of the other stores in the mall who will treat the customers with a little decency and respect.

Excellent service from the Indian girls forgot her name bought a cute watch and a few other things from them , thanks for the beautiful service and giving me a hand .

Really disappointed!!! Have been waiting for my watch from 5 months now. I bought this watch in July 2020 and have to send it back for repair within 5 months so was covered under the warranty. They have been mucking me around from months when I was told in december at the time I had given my watch that we will be sending your watch for repair on 17th of January and within 2-3 weeks you should get your watch back. If I knew or someone would have told me this could take this long I would have just spend money and get it repaired. I have been really patient as delays are expected due to covid however you cant be using this excuse for 5 months. Please someone get it in touch to confirm when exactly I am going to get it back...Transaction number-4228012
