Easy to use machines and a decent price. Would be handy if all the machines had the option to pay with Eftpos or at least a change/token machine, otherwise ensure you have small cash on you to pay for them.

One of the best places to do laundry in Browns Bay that I highly recommend with excellent & friendly stuff plus the place is nice & tidy

Ask staff for advice about cleaning the mat got recommend the smaller washing machine later the staff blames us for washing the mat. Then asks us to pay more although the the staff made the mistake. scams people for double the price

Looks clean and well maintained. Prices are average. Some machines take coins, others take EFTPOS. No credit cards though.

My husband and I have been doing the laundry here for over a month now. We find it nice, not that crowded, and friendly staff as well. However, when we did our laundry today (April 30, 2022, 1pm) the staff on duty was very rude!! It was so disappointing. From washing to drying our clothes she was complaining that we should use the bigger machines. I don't understand what is her problem where in fact we have been a regular customers here and here she comes as if she's controlling us. And we didn't even have much clothes that's why we were using the smaller ones. We know the rules and we are following it ever since. I hope the management reads this. She is such a nuisance to the customers! Other staff were nice and super friendly except HER!!!
