I'm told they're one of the only electrical companies showing up to do jobs in Taranaki right now, but get a second opinion if you can.They were quick to respond when I needed an inspection for a house purchase, gave me a good price, and were very supportive by phone after. Unfortunately the electrician that ended up working on the place found they had made some errors - they said they couldn't find an earth peg (it was right there on the front of the house), and told me two front rooms had been rewired (yes, but with wiring that was not TPS compliant, which I needed for insurance - the whole reason for the inspection).

If you ask them to be careful in repair, they still have to charge you, which is $150 for each visit. From Newplymouth companies don't need so much with transportation and maintenance costs. The main problem is to repair and solve the problem.
