Wouldn’t recommend to anyone, manager is extremely rude. They put a terrible battery in my phone, that’s now making the screen freeze all the time and the batteries dying even quicker than it was before! Two emails have been sent with no reply. Absolutely shocking service for $200 I feel completely ripped off

Never bring your phone here to be repaired! They are extremely rude and don't know what they are doing! When myself and partner brought our phone in to have the screen repaired they were on YouTube reading up how to replace the screen! They use 2nd grade screens and don't even fix the problem and he said to me the home button wasn't sitting flush. They replaced the screen for us for $99 but when we got it back the touch wasn't working propey. Unfortunately we were on our way away so couldn't bring it back. When we got back from our trip I was 1 day over the guarantee date and they didn't wanna know and refused to help. I took my phone to Keri Tech and the team helped us out straight away. When they took it apart they found they had replaced the screen with the protector cover still on it and they had broken the home button but instead of fixing it they just kept the broken 1 in there hence why it wasn't working. This is a disgusting and deceitful act. We trust these people to help is and they do this sort of stuff! Definitely don't recommend these guys at all! Useless and untrustworthy! Bloody amateurs!

9May 2017I left a Xperia phone with Tech Solutions Kerikeri which had a charging problem, this was fixed and I paid $125.00, I was advised of pickup by email approx 1 week later.I left a Xperia arc-s at the same time, problem unknown and I paid $35.00.17May 2017I made enquiries about the xperia arc-s and was told that Tech Solutions were sourcing a part so that a quote could be undertaken. As TS did not have a nbr for me they could not call, yet they emailed me to advise that the other Xperia phone was ready.06July 2017Called into Tech Solutions to be told that no part could be sourced and the phone would be couriered directly to my home by Tech Solutions Auckland.17July 2017I called back into Tech Solutions Kerikeri and said that I had not received the phone. I was told a part was finally sourced and the phone had been couriered to me 14 July 2017. No charge for the fix, that would be covered by the $35.00.25July 2017I called into Tech Solutions to ask again the whereabouts of my phone as I had not received the phone by courier. I was handed the phone out of a box.I was told that the phone would never have been couriered to me as I had agreed to come in and pick it up.???The sim card was missing, I was told to go along the road and get another.I was told if the sim card was taken out of the phone, it would have recorded on the worksheet??? strange the micro sd was left in the phone.The original phone I took in had the sim and micro sd removed and attached to the phone.Regrettably this phone does not work and was not fixed.At no time was any communication given regarding progress.At no time was a report made of what was needed to fix the phone.What I did get was a lot of mistruths and faulty workmanship09Feb 2018The phones charging port has failed after 9monthsThe job number is KK127 but please get the name correct

DO NOT Recommend.-I bought a Apple Laptop charger of these guys and they sold it to me as a Genuine Apple Magsafe charger with RRP at original Apple price, when purchased I found the box wasn't sealed after 1 use, the charger began to melt and almost caught fire I brought the charger back and the staff repeatedly told me the charger was an original apple until I asked to get it fixed through the apple support team. Where It was found the chargers they were selling though their chain of stores were counterfeit apple chargers, after speaking to the owner he admitted he was selling only knock off products breaking the Trade Marks Act 2002 and the Copyright Act 1994. really poor service.

I wouldn't recommend these guys for any phone repairs or insurance claims. The guys who does an assessment on my phone didn't even look at my phone before he made the assessment. They are extremely slow and I had to follow up over several months to get a reply from them.
