Terrible experience - bought 2 shirts and with just 1 wear - the hem started to unravel. Put in a compliant but as of today, I have heard nothing. Will not be using them in the near future.

15/11/22 - 0 STARS - ISSUE UNRESOLVED!BUYERS BEWARE:TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE where you will be treated better.Pagani is not a sincere brand. Crocodile smiles pre-sales. Post sales, you get ignored, treated like a criminal and an inconvenience!Promises made by management but to date NO ACTION! Management and staff are the same,Disgusting and shameful behaviour all around. I regret the day I walked into that store but it's mistake I will NEVER repeat. If it's the last store on the planet that had clothes, I would rather wear leaves! Thank you! Shame on you!15/10/22Purchased $ 300.00 worth of clothes & 1 belt that cost $20.00.This belt although not damaged is FAULTY. There is a difference.I bought this belt because it suited a dress that I purchased to wear to my daughter's wedding. I didn't use the belt until the wedding, last week. Throughout the wedding, the belt kept falling off. The clasp is not deep enough to stay put. I am a slim lady, and the belt was neither loose nor tight. it the was perfectsize!Hubby went today to return it and the the manager wouldn't issue a refund saying that there was nothing wrong with the belt. If there was nothing wrong with it, why the heck did it keep falling off? I haven't worn it since.When my husband commented that they've lost a customer over this, she replied, she didn't care! Of course, not it's not her business! if she were a business owner, she may have a different point of view.Well done Pagani for hiring a staff that doesn't see the value in the customer. The fact that it's he customer's dollars that keeps her in a job obviously is not evident to her.In the past 2 months, I've purchased over $600.00 worth of products over 2 Pagani stores. Do you think, I would want to return a a $20.00 product if it weren't faulty??My husband told this manager that if she worked for us, she wouldn't have a job. We ran a business and none of our staff would speak so to a customer! We considered every customer a business partner. Shame on you, and for $ 20.00! This person should be manager of no store. She obviously needs supervision!Pull up your socks Pagani, this is no way to treat people. I will be going there personally this weekend and I had better get my $ 20.00 back, thank you! The belt is faulty, send it back to you supplier and get a refund. if it's not doing what it's meant to do, IT'S FAULTY!!!! I'm not hanging on to a product that I cannot use.
