Amazing Tour to Hobbiton and Waitomo Caves in a day, we booked for a small group tour but were upgraded to Travel in a luxury Lexus. Chilled bottles of water with light snacks and the banter by Chris, will recommend Black car transfers and Tours!

The absolute worst. Was tightly clenching the sides of my seat because of how wreckless the driver of their van was. They claim to be professionals but my driver had his head out the window shouting slurs at the car beside us. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

One of the best Corporate transfer and Private Luxury Tour that I have used in recent months. Ticks all the boxes, luxury Lexus with a 5 star service. Onboard amenities goes beyond the norm for a constant traveller like myself.On a Private tour we were entertained all the way to Hobbiton movie set & Waitomo Caves experience.Chris was a great host, will highly recommend this company.

If I could give a 10 star- I would- Every pick up exceed expectation And beyond- I have been using Kris service for around a year now- simply love his service- great , clean and always well groomed Lexus ( and Kris In person always well groomed and dressed) to pick you up and you are truly worry free and a pleasant journey to take you to destination- no jump star driving - I now used it for all the VIPs and so far the feedback has been amazing - Kris will pick up and drop off no hassle! It’s a rare find in Auckland- real quality for the money spent! Well done! Keep it up with your good work! I can’t imagine someone could do it with such passion as you do!

Kris was great. Easy to work with to set up the tour, sensible confirmations and pick up coordination and the tour itself was very comfortable in Kris’ luxury car and covered all we wanted to see in Auckland. I’d recommend Kris to friends traveling to Auckland.

From pick up at the International Airport to our drop off at the Domestic Airport, a couple of days later, the experience was faultless. On time, everytime!We booked the sedan and it was immaculate! Extremely comfortable with chilled water and a tray of lollies for the journey. The cherry on top was our driver, Kris. A true gentleman and a professional of his craft. His personable demeanour coupled with his knowledge of New Zealand made for a very enjoyable chat. If I could award 7 stars I would!. We booked for a small group tour for Hobbiton movie set and Waitomo glowworm Caves tour but couldn't get entry tickets to Hobbiton, our tickets were sorted and our tour was upgraded to travel in a late model Lexus as well. Kris goes beyond the norm as far as comfort and services are concerned. Will use black car transfers & tours again!
