JVO Plumbing and Drainlaying Limited

Had the pleasure of JVO Plumbing doing our new bathroom, laundry and other plumbing in our home. Very good at what they do. They listen to what you want and also will suggest any other options that may help. Lovely guys cant' fault them.

Unfortunately have had a negative experience with this company as they've cancelled on me two weeks in a row. Both times were due to unexpected circumstances on jobs, which is acceptable, I understand that they are busy, but that's not an excuse for terrible customer service and communication. Both times we were told they'd be there 'toward the end of the week', both times we received a phone call out of the blue at a random time of day. The first was an outright cancellation, which was okay only because I wasn't expecting it. The second they made an appointment at 1 and pulled a no show - I had to contact them after waiting for an hour, only to be told they were held up and they couldn't make it until 3. It would have taken a quick message to say they were running late for me to shuffle my afternoon a bit so I can't for the life of me understand why that didn't happen. Because I had to move on the only option was an appointment next week, presumably so they can stuff me around more and draw it out further. I'm very lucky my problem is just the shower not working, because I wouldn't want to sit waiting for these guys to get their act together if water was pouring out of somewhere and it was an actual emergency. 1 star only because there is no option for 0
