First call out told to call Electrolux. Called retailer instead who called them to come see us (2 week delay). Said PCB was shot and would have to order part from Oz. (Over One week delay). Part didn’t fix issue. Had to order another part. Wrong part arrived. (2 weeks) New part installed. Worked for 8 hours. New error message. New call out. (Ten days) Needs a sensor they say. That was 4 days ago. No word, no update. Giant sucking hole of nothing. Worst service ever. AC broken for 2 months. Have to continually call to find out what is going on. Do yourself a favour and call a different company.

Had this company install a heat pump several years ago. I have recommend them to several people. This recommendation is in particular for the very good standard of installation.

Did a new part replacement but brought new issues on other parts, especially making motor not being fastened, going for several rounds but could not fix issues.
