A great experience which will be enjoyed by adults and children alike. Up close and personal with alpaca. If you're lucky you might even meet some babies as I did. There is a shop where you can buy alpaca wear etc. A touch I liked was that you could buy alpaca wool from a named alpaca. Such a personal touch.

Extremely great experience we had! Four of us had so much fun walking, feeding and posing with our alpacas. Kelly, our guide has been wonderful and shared lots of tips to ensure we are having fun. I would recommend anyone to try this out if you are in New Zealand, it is indeed an experience I’ll never forget!

What an awesome experience to walk with the Alpacas and feeding the baby ones too! A must do families of all ages and it was thoroughly enjoyed by the kids of different ages. The Ultimate Alpaca Experience needs to be booked online before to ensure availability. Lots of photos opportunities and the staff were amazing.

Had an awesome time at the Nevalea Alpacas! We did walking and feeding activity which was 25 dollars pp for 45 minutes-1hr. You get to walk your own alpaca and feed the adult ones at the end. Strongly recommended if you are around this area!

This is one of our best experiences in New Zealand so far (We have been here 8 days). It was so much fun walking and feeding them. When you go in with the treats, a whole bunch of them will run towards you. They lick the treats off your hands. There is this super cute alpacas that might sit down if you put a cup next to him. The guide with us was so patient and explained everything in detail. Wonderful! Highly recommended.

Very cool place! The owners are lovely people. Award winning, in fact, and will hopefully keep winning. The alpacas are wonderful sweet animals.the wool is the softest material I've ever felt.

We visited during winter. We were the onky family doing the visit. I signed up for the walk the alpaca l.it was okay. Good experience but the area is very dirty. If you walk the alpaca, be prepared to wash your shoes. I was expecting to see them sheer an alpaca but they didnt. We were only shown pictures of how it was done. Quite disappointed. The other farm animals that we could pet was a sheep. I was expecting more. The place is scenic though.

We drove past and decided to stop on our way up the North Island. The owners were so lovely and gave us a tour, even though we did not have an advance booking. The farm is beautiful and the alpacas were super cute! A must if you are in the area!

Cute Alpacas. Nice so selling knitwear etc. They were shearing some during our visit, but don't worry they have some 800 to do, so you shouldn't miss out. Saw children taking some young Alpacas on a walking tour. Everyone looked like they were enjoying their tour.
