Great staff. Doctors pretty good too.

Can't speak so gave Dr written Give B12 injection -2 Ampules". (Have had this every 6 weeks for +30 years.) Nothing happened so indicated he should do injection. Dr went out

After some years being here I've found Dr Winter awesome but unfortunately have not had him for the last couple of visits and have had the worst experience. Zero communication from anyone. I've been in the worst pain I've been in in years and know body seems interested.

This clinic has been the most helpful, caring and diligent Dr.s Clinic our family has ever belonged to. From the receptionist to the nurses and then of course the Drs. A bunch of really really incredible people, we have never had such fantastic medical care. Thank you to the team at Harewood Medical!

The doctor and nurse are good.Receptionists became better than before.

Doctors are great. But reception are rude and have no idea what they are doing and there are usually 3 of them on at 1 time. Waiting time is always at least 45 minutes past appointment time. Have had to explain things to reception multiple times and they still get it wrong and always have an attitude about it. Do not go here.

Attended practice for approx. 32 years. Dr. Winter is great. I have a complex chronic condition to which he manages well in all aspects. I am not sure how I will cope once Mark decides to retire.There have been periods where reception staff have come across rude, but in their defense it could have a busy stressful day and I do believe this area has improved greatly and friendly smile would be nice....Some nursing staff I have experienced can come across a little rude and yet others are caring & compassionate - all of the things we expect. I feel some of the nursing staff could work on a polite telephone manner & consider how the patient is feeling recieving the information or appreciate anyone is anxious when receiving results.All said I would recommend this practice & use the online booking and repeat prescription function

My infant was having high fever and they said to wait for 4 hours. Nurse are useless. Planning to change GP.

Excellent practise with caring doctors. Our entire family are always well taken care of and we see 2 different Dr.' They always take the time with us snd are super thorough. The nurses and receptionists also fabulous people.

Really love the Drs here but the receptionists are so belittling they have left me upset more often than not when calling for an appointment. One time I was told I could not get an appointment for at least a week because I hadn’t been in to see them for a year. Today after having a terrible week I was treated like an inconvenience and scoffed at when I asked a question. Not what you want when you call your drsThey are always so lovely to your face though and the nurses and Drs are always so friendly; just not the best on the phone
