Rang the sales department to purchase a vehicle and the guy who answered the phone was so ill-mannered one would think that I was the one who told him to work on a Saturday! I said to him: Excuse me!??: Is that how you speak to all your customers"?!I'll rather take my business somewhere else!Bad bad boy!!!"

Very poor as non existent customer service after purchasing a vehicle - no follow ups or checks - they will take your money and then that is it! Paid extra for black out" trim which is now flaking off at the front due to stone chips - queried this and was basically told that to get it touched up I would have to pay - only had the vehicle 2 months before the flaking started (not what I would have expected from a new vehicle).Had to keep chasing to get a response.The only good thing is the service and repair team in Napier - everyone there is pro-active and very polite."

Very pleased with towbar fitment. Quick. Was given courtesy car. Returned my car fully fitted ready to tow with shackles and all. Also gave car a courtesy wash and clean. . Very happy.

We brought a car from these guys and was told it had no damage(quoted from the sales man) but on arrival to us it had small damage . There is more to this story but in a nut shell don't trust them.

Rang them as my battery on my Colt had gone flat, so had lost my Stereo and needed a code. Omg, the lady I spoke to was so helpful and so nice, she looked it up and gave me the code. No payment necessary. I was so impressed. Can't recommend too highly.
