I don't normally write bad reviews. I was very unhappy of the service from Charlies Workshop. when we tried to book a mechanic in Whitianga, everyone was booked bar this workshop. Charlie had many available spaces for the next day. After the service it became apparent why. His unreliability and customer service skills where awful. He also closed before 1pm (without warning) on a Friday when his business hours stated that he was open till 5pm. I tried to call during the day before 1pm and the phone just kept getting answered then it hung up. I found him rude overall and would not recommend to anyone.

After vehicle service and repairs, was sent to an auto-electrician to reset engine warning light. Had to pay another $100 to have that done.
