I left a jacket at Pintin over four weeks ago for an alteration which the owner said would take around a week. After two weeks I rang and the owner promised that the job would be done in the next week. They then shifted from the mall and their phone was disconnected. This morning I went to pick up my jacket and found that the job had not even been started - that's over four week later. More excuses, so I took the jacket back and will get it altered somewhere else.Very bad customer service and very unreliable. I would not use them again.
