Great experience. Staff approached us and was so accomodating even though we went there when it's about 1hour before closing. We got given discounts and all that. It was a pleasant experience overall with customer service.I do wish they start to carry more tech related items like pc parts and an expanded range and broader options. But it is what it is.

The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. They make you feel comfortable, you get the impression that they really enjoy their job. It's great to have JB Hi-Fi as there are fewer and fewer physical shops that offer you the chance to browse a selection of DVDs. And then gave an amazing collection of TV shows spanning many years. Always a pleasure to visit.

We were looking for a new pair of headphones. The staff were either very limited or didn't cover many departments so we had no interaction at all besides the door guard.The range of headphones we looked at were overpriced compared to competitors for the same products to the point where we went to PB Tech for 50% off the price of what we wanted (without them being on sale).Pretty disappointed overall

I'm useless at technology and didn't know exactly what I needed- I spoke to a few different members of staff, all of whom were super helpful, friendly and great about pointing me in the direction of what I actually needed rather than the most expensive product! It made me trust them when making my decisions and I would definitely go back in the future! Also big props to the guy I saw 2 days later who showed me how to actually turn in my new speaker...and without too much embarrassment!

Great advice but they don't stock any of the televisions they have on display. Called another store in Westgate and, same thing. You can buy the one you want if you buy the display model or a broken one that was returned by a customer and fixed. I politely offered some feedback only to be told, I don't need this in my life" by the sales person."
