AA Centre - Takapuna

One of the staff was really impatient. Me and my father went here a few days ago to have our driverslicense renewed. I did not pass the eye exam so I was told to come back again with a medical certificate. My dad had renewed his license on that day. When I came back, I handed the document to him, he then asked me for my old driver's license. I told him that he had taken it away the last time I was here(He was the same employee who hepled me last time). He did not believe what I said, he thought I just couldn't find it. The truth is my father renewed his license with me last time as well, and the employee had taken his and mine old drivers' license away few days ago. He kept saying that he had given my expired license back while he did not. He said I can not say he took it away, I can only say I could not find it. I don't know why this employee is so confident that he had give me my license back, when my father and I clearly know that we do not have our old drivers license. The experience with this staff has been very disappointing.

Thanks to Leslie at AA Takapuna for sorting out my license renewal and my expired AA membership, he was great to deal with and very helpful, knowledgeable and kind.

After reading some negative reviews of the service, I visited the Northcroft St AA Centre with some trepidation last Wednesday 20 July just after 9 am. There was no queue whatsoever to my surprise. Marshall helped me renew my drivers license. He was pleasant, efficient and helpful. The entire experience was a pleasure and a relief. Thank you and bravo Marshall.

After so many dramas involving my license I went into AA yesterday and was served by Marshall. It was the best experience ever. He was very friendly and so so helpful and personable. Could not recommend enough - he and AA Takapuna turned my nightmare of renewing my license around. I went in and 20 mins later everything was sorted and am stress free thank you Marshall and AA Takapuna!

Went down to get my international licence arranged and was blown away by Marshall and the team as to how efficient, friendly and helpful they were in that office. Great service!

Fast, efficient service. Leslie who assisted me was really helpful, and made the whole process easy. I went in at about 09h15, and was done in about 20 mins renewing drivers licence.

Not particularly friendly, but efficient, which is what matters.
