I go here like almost every day because of how close it is to where i live.The service is fast but does slow down a little if the store is busy (which is rare).Parking shouldbt be too hard to find as the parking spaces available are usually empty.The food is ok. Nothing amazing. The pies (especially the potatoe tops) are actually really nice.The drinks are pretty good. The iced coffee is really good.The staff is nice but not annoyingly nice which i personally enjoy (i want food, not a bestfriend).I wouldnt go out of my way to go here, but it's a good place if You're in the area.

Very friendly service. Great apricot slice, the best I have ever tasted. Their sandwiches / quiches/ pies are also good. We regular this bakery.

Used to be great. Was my favourite actually. Now their pies are mostly just gravy and tiny amount of meat

Olivers Bake House & Cafe
I came to this bake house today and grabbed some summer rolls. I was soooo disappointed when I found a big black long hair imbedded in my 1st roll. I threw out this one and reached for the second, only to find another hair entangled in the inside of the roll, after this I was not prepared to try any more. What a disappointment, finding not 1 but 2 separate hairs in my 2 seperate rolls. Will not be going back!!

Have been here plenty of times me and the wife went there today got a beautiful roll each , crammed fill of filling and no more expensive than our bakery up the road , also had a small sausage roll each absolutely outstanding , there is a bigger sausage roll but the small one was delicious , very polite service and very clean see u again soon

The pies have to be good for me to travel out of area. Really friendly and courteous owners. Their cream doughnuts and Custard pies are also good from the sweets section.

Olivers Bake House & Cafe
Great local bakery! We go here regularly and are always happy with the quality of food and friendly staff. Highly recommend the hot chips (the seasoning is delicious and always crispy and hot), the pies (my fave is chicken cranberry and brie) and the sandwiches. They have all the usual kiwi classics and are great value for money!
