I have problematic veins and usually noone can ever get anything from them which makes it traumatic. However today I went in, very anxious about getting a blood test, but the lovely lady who did my test was amazing. She got the vein first go, and I hardly felt a thing. One of the next experiences I've ever had getting blood drawn. They were super busy and understaffed but still so nice and cheerful to everyone, and got through the line really quickly too. Thanks for helping this very needle-phobic lady get her blood test done!

Midday on a Friday waited 1hr from #16 to #32. First lady couldn't get my probmatic vein, was the 2nd time I have to be referred to Henry. He's very good, got it 1st time. Thanks

Amazing efficiency, most lovely receptionist and nurses. The first time I went there I had 8 people in front of me and I was seen in less than 10 min.

With being so short staff, I was so impressed with the lady at reception. She was having to turn people away for the day, however dealt with it in such a cheerful positive manner, offering each person she had to turndown opening hours of other clinics. These nurses really do deserve to be treated better with the constant pressures they are working with

After waiting 50 minutes at Pathlab Bethlehem with still 5 in front of me, I went to 2nd Ave clinic. 20 minutes with 5 in front of me and I was back on the road. The staff were extremely pleasant. And efficient!!!

Thank you again to the beautiful team at Pathlab 2nd Ave Tauranga. From the moment you walk in the door you are greeted with a warm and friendly welcome.My son has tri monthly tests done post kidney transplant and it is his choice of path lab to go to because of the team there.And a very special thank you to the phlebotomist Henry who has taken Angus's bloods a few times now. You are an expert in your profession. We are lucky to have you working there.
