Had a screen replacement (paid $300) here in November, few weeks ago it starts malfunctioning so I took it in to be fixed. The guy took one look, said I'd dropped it and wasn't interested in hearing any more after that. Low quality screen and worse customer service, would not recommend and won't ever be back.

Wouldn’t waste my money on them again!!! I paid for a screen protector & was left with fluff underneath and lots of air bubbles , not the mention how crooked she put it on !!! I politely asked her if she could correct her mistakes and she said no it’s okay just give it a Wipe …

Would NOT RECOMMENDSo upset with this company I took my iPhone to get a screen replacement in November, after a month my phone was heating up and battery life only lasted 20-30mins I am not a tech savvy person so I didn’t know why this was happening few weeks later the phone continues to heat up when using it, it starts glitching and the screen wouldn’t work sometimes. I reset my phone and cleared storage a message popped up stating that my phone is unable to determine if my iPhone battery is a genuine apple part! My iPhone had a genuine apple battery and it was working perfectly fine before the screen replacement, worse place ever not only did they replace my screen but they also replaced my genuine apple battery with a faulty one.

Clear jelly screen protector for my s21 ultra. Looks so good. Can hardly tell if it has a screen protector on it. Excellent. Very happy customer.

Their staff really knows how to offend any customers like me. Worst experience so far in this country since I moved here 7 years ago. Was trying to say hello and confirm on their special offers. staff replies with an emotionless face saying : don’t you read? Gee I was shocked and amused lol Well guess like what they say—cheap is cheap! Fair though after all we pay more for better service! So Not recommend!

Rude customer service. And did a awful job of putting my screen protector on, it's making cracking sounds and effect the use of the screen

Absolutely terrible service! Went last week on a Saturday to get a screen protector for my new iPad, the guy there completely botched up the application of the gel screen protector and there were tiny bubbles. When we told him we were not happy with it, he said it goes away in 72 hrs and if it doesn’t, to come back to him next week with the receipt and he will replace/refund it.Went back today, the next Saturday, because it was still as it is, shabby and terrible with bubbles and the same guy wasn’t available as it was his day off. Instead the lady who attended to us was indifferent. We asked to replace it with a tempered glass screen protector which had a $20 difference. She wasn’t ready to refund that amount and asked us to buy some accessories for that amount. What iPad accessories come for $20??? She tried to get us to buy charging cords to which we said we already had the one that came with the new iPad. She then got frustrated and said “You guys came back after a week” to which we said the previous guy himself told us to come after a week.Then she said “it’s ok I’ll give you the refund, because there are other customers also waiting” she was incredibly rude, had a terrible attitude and was irritated that we asked for a refund for a job that should’ve been neatly done in the first go!
