Bought 2 pairs or memory foam sneakers... lasted less than a year... be aware of cheap items.

Awesome customer service. Can't complain. Happy with my purchases. Would help if the actual shoes corresponded with the shoes on show as they weren't directly underneath and somewhere else but overall, happy customer.

Just bought two shoes in the store today, was trying to buy three. Not happy with the customer service. One of the lady was very nice and helpful. But the other one (the dark hair) was rude with no smile and boss typed of attitude when I checking out. She charged price differently with the marked price on shoes, ripped off the lowest price sticker, and calculated the discount based on the higher price sticker. Dishonest people! That's not how big well known company doing the business, very disappointed!

Zero starʻs because the customer Service is really bad. Next I will go to westgate to henderson skechers really bad skechers.

My wife went to Henderson Sketches on Saturday 21/01/23 and came and got me as the sales girl said there was a 40% sale on. I went back to the store with my wife and was initially served by an attractive girl with a pleasant smile (same one that served my wife in the first instance). The sale (two pairs of shoes $209.98) was completed by the other sales girl with the rude demeanor. My wife asked nicely if we could leave the boxes behind and she said if we didn't take the boxes it would void the warranty. I'm very familiar with the Consumer Guarantees Act and I know shop assistance don't get the opportunity to make up the terms of the Act to customers, and there is no mention of shoe boxes voiding the guarantee if left behind. Adding insult to the lies about the warranty being void, the 40% has turned into 20%. I don't appreciate being lied to and would like a refund for the missing 20%. We are considering returning the shoes under the 30 day return policy. The Star is for my patience in dealing with a miserable liar, plus I needed to give the star to complete the post. Will go to Westgate next time.

Sale on at present and we went shopping for my wife. The ones she wanted they didn't have in her size, but we found another pair full price. Staff were helpful.

i went in to buy 6 pairs of shoes for my triplets and the sales assistant with the black hair was very helpful in helping me find the perfect shoes for my kids. I have had the shoes for a few months and they have lasted very well, well worth.

Had been in last week sunday and the girl was so patient and lovly! walked out with 2 pairs of shoes will be back :)
