Excellent customer service and attitude. A man who speaks Mandarin provided good service! Despite the fact that he was the only one at the counter and that other customers were waiting, he served me patiently.

Absolutely hopeless service. Guy didn’t even have a clue how many bags of stones I would need for the area I measured. When I unloaded the bags they were old and all green inside. Two bags fell apart when I was carrying them down my path. Massive pile to scoop up and move. Been going there for many years. Last time I went service was also hopeless. Not sure why I returned but that is certainly the last time.

This review is for the driver who honked at me and yelled out his truck window on Triangle Rd Henderson this morning. I called their business to report his behavior and was told I will text you the GM phone # to discuss with him". 2 hrs later and after a second phone call

Team here seemed to take pride in knowing almost nothing about the products they stock. ‘We just load ‘em on the trailer’. Fair range though.
