I was absolutely dreading sending my little man to daycare but had to go back to work. From the moment we first arrived the whole team did everything they could to make us feel welcome and at home. We were encouraged to settle at a pace that best suited us and when it came to leaving him for the first time, I felt safe and at peace entrusting his care to the lovely Sue. Every day is a new activity and there’s just so much for the little ones to do. Lots of exploring, outdoor adventures and nature, play led learning. The big kids look out for the little ones and there’s just so much love. The food is great, made with lots of love and not having to make lunches is just another bonus. It’s incredibly affordable and most importantly it’s a wholesome place that is run by people who really care. I cannot recommend highly enough and thank the Open Spaces team for such a wonderful second home!

Ohaeawai Community Preschool provides the best possible early learning environment a parent could ask for. Family run, with a passionate, holistic and kind centre manager who takes a hands-on approach with her staff, the tamariki and making the environment beautiful - you walk into this place and you can feel the aroha. It's not easy for a mummy to find peace of mind with early learning centres, but here, there is no doubt that your chiĺd is in safe and nurturing hands. My daughter has absolutely thrived and it is very telling that when I go to collect her in the afternoon, she doesn't want to leave! I can't rate this preschool or its staff highly enough. Love it!!

Natalia was our amazing babysitter, thank you so much for looking after our kids. She made them feel comfortable and brought games to play and engage with them. My son was very nervous to be left with someone new (he is 9yrs) but he absolutely loved her. Thank you so much, I can't recommend Babysitting Queenstown enough!

Kerry has been such a lovely, caring and educational childcarer for both of my boys. She is always friendly and cares for the children as if they were her own. I would highly recommend her to anyone needing childcare.

I was SO nervous to leave my 2.5yr old with babysitters in a foreign country. But turns out my nerves were for nothing!!! Lucy @ Babysitting Queenstown spent ages on the phone with me relaying my concerns and making sure I was happy, comfortable and confident to proceed. Then the sitters she paired us with (Regina during the day and Lana for the nights) were AMAZING. They were just like younger versions of myself and felt trustworthy from the get-go! My son bonded with each of them almost instantly. They were confident with him, and of course gave me the confidence to leave. He had an absolute ball playing with them, and during the day 'Gina' even took him to a play centre so he could play with other kids too! I could not speak highly enough of Lucy and the team she runs. Thanks babysitting Queenstown for making our stay even more amazing!!!

The carers that we've had through Bright have been really lovely, and it's so reassuring that they've been vetted through the service. We're so pleased with the experience we've had with Bright.

What a fantastic service! This was the first time we had a babysitter other than a family member for our 8 month old baby, while holidaying in Queenstown. Lucy contacted us within an hour of making the online booking for that evening and linked us in with Emily our incredible baby sitter. She was more than qualified and such a warm and lovely person to leave our little one in the care of. We felt so comfortable we booked her in for the following evening! Would recommend to anyone travelling to Queenstown with children.

I booked Babysitting Queenstown in Mid-February. It was for my 4 year old daughter for 4 hours so that me and my wife can go to Onsen Spa. My daughter has mild Autism, and we were really worried leaving her with someone alone. We gave all the info to Viviana. In a weeks’ notice she accepted our booking and she was the babysitter. She came with a big bag of toys and started interacting with my daughter. Kept her busy and we were able to sneak out. She kept us posted. When my daughter realise we were not there she got upset and Viviana took her for a little walk to the garden and my daughter was normal again. Their service is very professional and experience.
