13/2/20: Called in for my annual blood test. Very streamlined & efficient service. Upon entering, you grab a numbered card, scan said card & wait for your number to be called. I only had a wait of about 5 mins (if that), got my blood taken (no problems with staff member; polite & efficient) & was on my way again. Would have given 5 stars, but as I only visit once a year, don't know if wait time is longer at certain times of the day. I normally call in about 9am (+/- 10mins).
