Melanie at Devonport Lab Tests is amazing. No pain! Miraculous. I have needle phobia, veins hard to find and I have been butchered by lab techs at other places. Melanie is beyond compare! Can’t thank her enough for a gentle, pain free experience.

I was asked to have a blood test by my GP.I went to Labtests in Devonport because it is local and I always try to support local businesses.I was told to go to Milford; I wish I had.I called to see if I required an appointment.Today is January 20th and I had to listen to an incredible selection of recorded messages with a finish asking me if I wanted to hear Christmas hours.The recorded messages and endless options were beyond what is reasonable.From the recorded options; I opted to speak with someone.No indication I would be sent through to a call centre..........I was put through to a call centre.The call centre did not want to answer my questions they just wanted to tell me in a foreign accent that they were a call centre.I went to the Labtests even though the website at 8:30 am said they were closed while written hours on the website said they were open.......confusion (?)..I get to the clinic, I am barked at to take a card and wait to be called.I get called and go with someone (not identified as a nurse or a professional) to have my blood drawn; no pleasentries from this young lady only; clench

The staff are so lovely. I have a massive phobia of needles and they are so accommodating. Thank you! You help me get through my tests.
