Once you know the system: you walk in- take a number- scan the number and then just wait to be called (no need to speak to a staff member at all until your number is called) it is a very good experience. Friendly staff who don't rush you and do a very good job.

Was looked after by the sweetest lady and with no waiting. Always takes a while to find the vein wherever I go, but they were very efficient.
