Highly recommend, great family friendly facilities and excellent staff.I had the pleasure of meeting Stu and Scott when recently purchasing a 2013 Nissan Juke from this dealership.From the very beginning Stu was helpful, polite, friendly and welcoming. There was never any pressure felt when looking over the car and thinking about purchasing. Everything was fully explained and all mechanical reports presented.The dealership was amazingly family friendly which was great as I came with my wife and daughter. They have child car seats which we used for the test drive, a play area for kids with good toys, nappy changing facilities and products which all made the car purchasing experience feel super relaxed and welcoming.Scott helped me with the the financial side of things and again was fully accommodating. Everything was explained fully and again no pressure.I will definitely return to purchase another car from this dealership in the near future.

I’ve been into this dealership about 4 times over the last year and a half and their quality of stock and great service always impresses me. Throughout these visits I have also been to practically every dealership in the wider wellington region and nothing compares to the level of these guys. Each time as well AJ has been onsite and he he super super genuine, knowledgeable and helpful.These guys really do their checks and due diligence, and want the best for their cars and customers. Drove all the way from Whanganui to check out their cars seeing as I had only heard good things. I fell in love with a little red VW golf, and the team were magically able to make it available for me to drive home 2 hours later. AJ and Scotty were excellent at communicating and making me feel as comfortable as possible. They even took in my old car to part exchange it. Nowhere else closer to home has cars of such good quality that are so safe and affordable!I will certainly be back but not for a while, considering I love my red golf so much.Highly recommend!

Visited to look at a Toyota Aqua import. Unlike any other car dealership there was no pressure to buy. AJ was very helpful, let us try out several cars and explained in detail each vehicle. Such a nice guy and the next day we telephoned to buy the one we liked. Picked it up and drove away the next day. Easiest and stress free way to buy a car we've ever experienced. We were not disappointed in our buy, it's great & they had even changed the multimedia screen to an English one! Give them a visit because you'll be happy you did.

I did not have a good experience at WCD and would not recommend going there, especially if you are a single woman. Similar to other reviews, when I arrived for a test drive of a car I was prepared to purchase that day, I was pressured to NOT test drive it. I felt like I needed to purchase the car before even taking it for a test drive. I asked twice for details regarding whether they offer a warranty for the hybrid battery and was told 'the finance guys handle all of that.' When I was given the AA inspection report the first thing the report said was 'needs service'. I felt belittled and mocked for asking multiple questions about the car and being interested in the details. The only reason for two stars is that they had a car I was interested in stock and I did eventually convince them to allow me to test drive it, but honestly I wish I had just walked away as I would never purchase a car there after the condescending treatment I received.

Amazing dealership, couldn't have asked for better customer service. AJ and Scott have been very accommodating and made the purchasing process hassle-free and easy. They have very nice choices too. Would definitely come back for my next car.

I can’t thank AJ enough for making it easy to find the right car. Listened to me and I got the best car. Just love their whānau day on Sundays and the way they treat customers shows what an amazing whānau based business they are. Never felt stressed at all. Just can’t recommend them enough.
