The waiting area is quite small here but it doesn't get overly busy. You grab a tag and scan in to get in line. The service here is very quick and efficient. It was very easy to get tested here.

Jesse was exceptionally professional, welcoming positive attitude, clear communication, and most importantly, I did not feel the needle. That is where I will always go for blood tests.

Super efficient, friendly, highly professional staff who put me at ease instantly, and did a great job. They were wearing proper n95 masks and I felt very safe. I was seen within 2 minutes around 2:30pm, check Google for how busy it is.Please note no Covid testing done at this centre.

Lined up at 8am w the others that wished to get on with their day displaying their trophy sticking plaster. 8:02, two staff members show up, neither with a key. Much looking at phones and no sign of lights , camera or action. Rather than remaining to be a victim of Medlabs indifference to their “clients” (because there is no competition and most of their clients don’t pay directly) we went about our day. Open at 8am means open ready to help clients who are potentially unwell and have other things do. Not making them stand outside in the rain for a minute longer than you promise.

Apart from the door bring locked just after 8am everything was great. No drama, no problem with the needle, very professional and friendly.
