Karl took us out and we had an amazing time, but before we went out he gave us a thorough induction of the dos and donts. He knew the fishing spots and we got a good hall of snapper and guarnard and he even filleted all the fish we caught. He went above and beyond and even stopped and let us have a swim in a bay. Thanks for a great day Karl.

This is the best bargain in Queenstown - for just $9 you get a fast ferry ride out of Queenstown, around the point, then down the far end of the Frankton Arm to the Hilton. It's effectively subsidised public transport, but it's a great way to enjoy a cruise on the lake, and then a lovely walk back, for an absolute bargain.The trip leaves from just in front of the embarkation point for the steamer, is fast, fun and has great views of the town and then down the arm.Stop at the Hilton for lunch and get the next ferry back, or, do as we did and walk back - it's flat, has some lovely views, and the Boatshed Cafe at Frankton Marina makes a great half way stop for lunch.You can just turn up, but as numbers are limited, best to book, as they have no capacity to run extra services.And note, this is now a sperate service to Queenstown Water Taxis, which will do the same run for $50, but does have the advantage of being flexible with times and numbers, as it is a taxi, rather than ferry service.

So happy my friends and I decided to go with Wildside tours, it was simply the best!! Our local guide Amy was very knowledgeable and friendly. Taking us to some of the truly delightful hidden foodie gems, of the Bay of plenty. Award winning Wineries, a Cheese factory, Beer Brewing, Hungarian salami, Wood fired pizza and Boutique Cideries just to name a few. Definitely would recommend !!!!

We did a 4 hour fishing trip 14th November. It was awesome, professional and friendly crew. Caught, blue cod, Perch and crayfish from their pots. I would highly recommend this charter company, Tomo and his knowledgeable team. We will be going again soon.

Heading out with the crew abord Ikigai to the Alderman islands was such an amazing experience.We were greeted by great vis and warm water with lots of fish, it was absolutely breathtaking!The knowledge Dave and Etoile passed on about the different dive sites topography, currents and species to be expected made it easy to relax and concentrate on the diving.I can't recommend booking a trip highly enough!I will be back many, many times in the future!!

My son, his partner and I enjoyed the recent tour with Tony and Mafi very much. It was a lovely still day and we were delighted to get out past the heads and a kilometer or more up the coast. A fantastic experience which we recommend.

Wow, just back from the Evening Cruise, what a stunner. Awesome Crew, so lovely, best ever.The history of the ship 'Faith' amazing and well told. The drinks and canapés were delicious and hit the spot.Highly recommend the Evening Cruise. The weather was great, the company perfect, the Crew just the best, you guys 'rocked'. Best Cruise ever. Just about the most beautiful place in the world to jet ski we reckon!Thanks to Matt and his colleagues at Lakeland for an unforgettable hour on the water.All at Lakeland were friendly and helpful throughout the booking process and the activity itself was extremely professionally run and the skis were top-notch machines in great nick. Thoroughly recommend this if you have a spare hour in beautiful Wanaka.
