We had an awesome morning around Akaroa Harbour and the nearby coastline with Tony & Mafi. They made us feel very welcome and gave us lots of interesting facts and stories about the area. They were great hosts and it was a great experience. Highly recommend!

What an excellent way to see the coastal wildlife off Bank's Peninsula. The trip is a perfect length (2.5 hours) with an exceptional knowledgeable guy in Tony and very relaxed and a god price. We saw all the animals you would want to see and really close. I feel it was much better than swimming with the dolphins as they 'swim' with you. Brilliant trip and you must not miss it if you are in the area. Steve UK

Coast up Close Scenic Tours
Awesome day today with Tony, Olivia & Nick! In the 2.5 hr trip we saw many dolphins up close, a few penguins and we were surrounded by seals in their colony. Akaroa is beautiful and the boat which seated several families had plenty of space and was able to get into areas the larger ships can’t. Had a great time... best day of our cruise so far!

We had the most amazing trip today, Tony was friendly and knowledgeable and put everyone at their ease. He was very accommodating and adapted the tour according to the conditions to make it a comfortable trip for everyone. We saw amazing scenery, caves, cliffs, dolphins, penguins, jellyfish and many sea birds - I feel incredibly lucky to have found Coast Up Close.

We had a great tour with Tony and Olivia. Saw lots of dolphins, fur seals and even a penguin. They know a lot about the area. The small boat can go into smaller bays and closer to the coast. Highly recommended!
