I’m really pleased that I’ve found an international freight forwarder that I can trust and rely on. I’ve used The Shipper three times in the last two years. Each time communication has been clear and up to date, timelines have been accurate and I’ve found that their rates are cost effective. But most of all I have appreciated the service - having a bespoke logistics consultant overseeing the entire process is very reassuring.

After reviewing a case where a broker was clearly at fault and didn't follow CBAFF guidelines, they sided with the broker despite recognising the broker made a mistake which cost our business over $4500 USD in additional duties.Their pages around ethics and what you can expect from your broker are merely a marketing tool as they are not enforced on their members.

This company is by far the worst I have ever dealt with. They received 4 boxes of personal items from the Auckland depot and they suddenly then vanished. They alleged they searched their depot and couldn’t find them. Once Auckland traced the arrival of the 4 boxes by video footage, all they cared about was internal politics that I had been told and they hadn’t. At no point was I given any kind of apology or any indication they would recheck and deliver asap. I was promised a return call that never came. I still do not have my items 9 days after they were picked up in Auckland. Something very fishy going on here!

Have been using them for 5 years. They have always been a pleasure to deal with and always helpful!

Gave me a delivery time slot. I asked to call 30 minutes prior to then - obviously so I could confirm and get to my house (I work full time). Arrived outside of the time slot even mentioned. Instead of getting me to rearrange delivery they decided to leave a heavy and very expensive piece of gym equipment in the middle of my driveway. My item was also broken. When I called them and stated how unimpressed I was, they had the audacity to blame me. Extremely unimpressed

Was traveling along Waterloo Rd near their head office when one of their swinglifts exited their site and with no regard for other traffic pulled out in front of me making me come to a stop the driver couldn't have given a toss

Working with Just Customs takes the guess work out of importing. Being able to leave the logistics, paperwork, customs processing and delivery updates to a professional .. makes everything so much easier. Highly recommended and wouldn’t go anywhere else.
