Friend suggested Terry to me when I was looking for an urgent pre purchase building inspecting. Terry is super detailed and patient with going over parts by parts of the house with me and our family. On the day of the inspecting, Terry stayed for a solid 4HOURS!!! Checking every single thing with flash flights and other professional devices. We are all so satisfied with the report and advices he provided us! He is one of the most detailed and responsible inspector we’ve had encountered with over the years and definitely! Definitely!definitely would recommended to anyone in needs and we will for sure go back to Terry again if another inspecting is needed!

I'm so glad I found Terry when I started looking for a property to buy. He was friendly, helpful, professional and knowledgeable. He had excellent attention to detail which was evident in his inspections. He took time explaining things to me, answered all my questions and made sure I understood what I'm buying and the ongoing maintenance of a property. Terry was recommended to us by a coworker. He was able to book in an inspection on short notice and kept us up to date about communications with the agent/vendor. We attended the site at the end of the inspection and Terry talked us through all (potential) issues and gave us some tips on things to ask the vendor & improvements to be made. As the main house did not have any major issues he took the time to look at the separate cottage on the property as well which was not part of our agreement. We received the report promptly the next day.
